Refund policy

We want you to love your Peace Love Mahjong purchase! Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in it's original packaging. For tile sets, this means that if the shrink wrap on the tiles has been opened or removed, the set is ineligible for return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

There will be a return shipping/restocking fee that will be a maximum of $15, but will be lower for some items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges
If you'd like to make an exchange, please email us & we can process that for you as long as the item fits all the requirements of an eligible return (original packaging, tiles in shrink wrap, unused, etc). There will be a return shipping and restocking fee and your new item will not be shipped out until the original item has been shipped.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was not approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Local Pickup Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We kindly ask that all local pickup orders be collected promptly.

• Orders must be picked up within 14 days of receiving your pickup notification.
• If your order has not been picked up after 14 days, we will send a courtesy reminder via email.
• Orders not picked up within 21 days of the pickup notification will be considered abandoned.
• Abandoned orders will be canceled, returned to inventory, and refunded to the original payment method less a 20% restocking fee.

If you need additional time to pick up your order, please contact us before the 21-day deadline. We're happy to work with you whenever possible.
